Terms of Use

These terms cover every app this developer publishes on the App Store: FreeCell: No Ads, Lamplight Solitaire, Spider Solitaire • No Ads, Pyramid Solitaire: No Ads, Golf Solitaire: No Ads, Hearts: No Ads, Spades: No Ads, Euchre: No Ads, Jigsaw Puzzles: No Ads, Word Search: No Ads, Cloudless Cam, Pool Log, and Audio Splitter and Converter (each "the App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. What's particular to one app is in its own section below; everything else applies to all of them.

License

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms under which you installed it.

Price and purchases

Every App is free to download. Any purchase inside an App is processed by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms; refunds are Apple's to grant, through the standard App Store refund flow (reportaproblem.apple.com). A purchase belongs to the Apple Account that made it, can be restored on any device signed in to that account ("Restore Purchases" inside the App), and is shared with your family where the App offers Family Sharing, under Apple's Family Sharing rules.

Some Apps use coins. Coins are an in-app item with no monetary value: they cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for money, refunded, or transferred between devices or people, and they exist only inside the App.

What each App offers:

• FreeCell, Pyramid Solitaire, Golf Solitaire: free to play. Every deal, hint and undo, and every card deck and table colour, is free; the App has no coins or other virtual currency and no in-app purchases. If a later version adds a purchase, these terms will say what it is.
• Lamplight Solitaire: new deals and hints are paid for with coins the App grants on your device; undo, the daily challenges, and every deck, card back and felt are free to everyone. One optional purchase, Unlimited Play, a one-time non-consumable, makes new deals and hints unlimited on every iPhone, iPad and Mac signed in to your Apple Account, Family Sharing included. There are no subscriptions.
• Spider Solitaire: one optional purchase, Unlimited Play, a one-time unlock that removes the App's coin cost for new deals and hints. It applies on every iPhone, iPad and Mac signed in to your Apple Account, Family Sharing included, and is not a subscription.
• Hearts: free to play, with one optional purchase that removes the per-game coin cost. No subscriptions.
• Spades: a single optional Unlimited Play purchase removes the per-game coin cost forever. Family Sharing is enabled: one purchase covers your household. There are no subscriptions, no coin packs, and no other recurring charges.
• Euchre: a single optional Euchre VIP purchase removes the per-game coin cost forever, makes the coin-priced extras free, and unlocks every card back and table felt. There are no subscriptions, no coin packs, and no other recurring charges.
• Jigsaw Puzzles: paid puzzle packs. All purchases are final; refund requests go to Apple. Ownership of a purchased pack is tied to the Apple Account used to buy it, and Family Sharing works as Apple's system defines it.
• Word Search: if the App offers purchases, they unlock additional content or features for the Apple Account that made them.
• Pool Log: free with the core features for managing one pool. A Premium subscription unlocks additional features such as multiple pools, data export, and iCloud sync; pricing and any free trial are shown inside the App at the point of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple Account settings (Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on iOS).
• Cloudless Cam: free. No in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no advertising.
• Audio Splitter and Converter: free, with a limit on how much audio the free version writes. One optional purchase, Premium, a one-time unlock, removes the limit. There are no subscriptions.

Your content and data

The Apps have no accounts and no way to post content or share data with other users. What you make or enter in an App (game progress, statistics, settings, pool records, photos) stays yours. It's stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud storage; the developer never receives it or has access to it. Each App's privacy policy says exactly what it stores and where, including what it reports to Game Center if you use it.

• Jigsaw Puzzles: photos you import remain yours. The App processes them on your device and does not upload, copy off-device, share, or claim any rights in them. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photo you import.
• Pool Log: all test results, pool configuration, chemical additions, expenses, and notes you enter remain yours.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except to the extent applicable law permits
• Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of others
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the in-app-purchase mechanisms
• Use Cloudless Cam to access cameras or systems you are not authorized to access

Cloudless Cam: your cameras and your network

The App is a viewer. It connects only to the cameras and addresses you point it at, and only across your own local network.

You are responsible for:

• Having the right to access and view any camera you connect to
• Complying with the laws that apply where your cameras are installed — recording, monitoring, and notice requirements vary by country, state, and locality, and can differ for audio and video
• Keeping your own cameras, network, and credentials secure

The App does not record, store, or transmit your video or audio anywhere. Any snapshot you save is written to your device's photo library and is yours to manage.

The App speaks the RTSP and ONVIF standards. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by any camera manufacturer. Cameras vary widely in how faithfully they implement these standards, and some may not work, or may not support every feature, through no fault of either party.

The App is not a security or life-safety system. It offers no monitoring, no alerting, no recording, and no guarantee that a stream will be available, uninterrupted, or timely. Do not rely on it for anything where a missed or delayed image could cause harm or loss.

Pool Log: chemistry guidance

Dosing recommendations, range targets, and the Calcite Saturation Index are provided as general guidance based on industry-standard formulas (Taylor Technologies, Pool & Hot Tub Alliance). They are not a substitute for professional advice when dealing with serious water-quality issues, equipment failure, or health-related concerns. Always confirm the correct dose for the specific chemical product on hand using the manufacturer's instructions, and consult a pool professional if you are unsure.

Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App's developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and will post the new version at this address with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App's developer is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
